We greatly appreciate you filling out our merchant application. All we need are some supporting documents, and we’ll be able to fully underwrite your account.
Please send us a copy of the following documents.
· A copy of the Principal’s driver’s license
· A copy of the current utility bill from the Principal’s residence
· A copy of the Principal’s social security card
· A copy of your Articles of incorporation
· A copy of your EIN or Tax ID document
· A voided check or bank letter for your deposit bank account
· Last three months business banking statements
· Last three months of processing statements from your merchant bank
· Fulfillment Agreement if your business outsources your fulfillment
· Customer Service Agreement if your business outsources your customer service
